You can give your keys to The Cat Lady at the Introductory Meeting, or for future bookings post or drop them to the postal address.

What happens if my cat becomes ill while I'm away?
The Cat Lady will call you and seek your advice on what you would like to do.  In the event you are not available, The Cat Lady will call your vet and seek their advice on the best course of action.  If your cat needs to be taken to the vet, The Cat Lady will take your cat either to your vet or the after hours vet.  Costs associated with any veterinary consultation will be charged to you and the fee for taking your cat to the vet will be invoiced to you for payment.

No, The Cat Lady is unable to stay overnight.

If you require other pet care services, including dog sitting and dog walking, please contact Tanya & Andrew at ACT Home Pet Care.

What about my Landlord as I am not supposed to have a pet?
The Cat Lady maintains a confidential service and does not discuss your pet care arrangements.  In the rare event that The Cat Lady is challenged when visiting your home, the response is, "I am just picking up something for (name)."  The Cat Lady does not wear a uniform during cat visits or carry anything that would distinguish the work we do.
